"Journease has transformed our office. I wish we had come across it years ago! Time
spent on tedious admin and paperwork has easily been halved. We have more time to
concentrate on doing the job we are paid for...delivering! We can give accurate,
individual quotes whilst the customer is on the phone, based on their personal price
structure. No more "can we call you back in 5 minutes". Invoices are detailed and
show the customer all the information they require. Reports are comprehensive making
it easy to work out how much each job has cost us in real terms, how much we owe
our drivers etc. The live console enables us to keep track of every detail of a
job from start to finish with ample space for notes and queries to be entered. We
would highly recommend Journease to anyone involved in the transport industry, from
owner-driver to large courier/haulage firms. We spent months looking into and testing
out the alternatives (which were all more expensive as well!). This was the only
product that fulfilled all our needs. We have found after sales care superb. This
software has been extremely well thought out to meet the needs of those in the transport
and haulage industry by people who know and who listen. Journease has really de
stressed the office and made my life so much easier! Also want to say having looked
at others, that this is designed by people prepared to listen to the industry, not
by computer geeks!!"
