Journease Versions

There are two versions of Journease. The first, Journease (Standard Version), is designed for the owner-driver who has one or two vehicles, is mostly on the road and perhaps has one or two people working for them. The second, Journease Professional, is a version for courier businesses which both have their own drivers and which also sub-contract work. Choose the version best suited to your needs:

 

Journease (Standard Version)

    • Produce single line invoices (one job, one invoice).

    • Re-print single invoices or a batch of invoices.
    • Send Invoices to an external accounts package. e.g. Sage Line 50 or QuickBooks 2002.
    • Add your own company logos to the invoice.
    • Choose from multiple invoice templates.

  • Run Reports
    • Run a standard set of reports.
    • Use multiple criteria to run reports.
    • Have the ability to add your own reports (requires additional tools).

    • Store service miles / MOT and Insurance dates.  The system will automatically prompt you when these deadlines are approaching.

  • Matrices (Price Tariffs)
    • Be as comprehensive or as basic as you need to be.

    • Use matrices for both pricing and costing quotes and jobs. 
    • Allocate matrices to multiple system objects, for example against a customer or a specific address.

  • Supplier Invoices
    • Match supplier costs with their invoices. This creates accurate profitability.
