- Addition of Depot security. If a user belongs to a depot they can only amend job information if that job pertains to their depot, however they can see jobs for all depots. Also they will only see jobs on the Live Console for their depot and only be able to run reports for their depot (should the report require a Depot parameter). The only exception to this is if the user is an Administrator - then they can do anything. The ‘Depot Security’ can be switched on from Lookup > Default Settings > Screen Defaults (tab, Other Defaults section).
- An invoice template for NOT showing POD information is installed as standard.
- Addition of ‘Sales Analysis by Driver’ report.
- The last invoice templates get remembered after a user logs out.
- Addition of a Controller Sheet from Live Console that allows a user to used all current activity address details. It is designed to be used as a reference guide for a controller when away from the office.
- Addition of Defects by Vehicle (grouped by checker) report.
- Addition of a Basic Job Summary report.
Bug Fixes
- If job address details are changed after first entering the job there is a sort bug on the Live Console if sorting by Original Date/Time or ETA.
