Yes, you can change plans at any time. When upgrading, we pro-rate your billing so you only pay the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.

What support is included?
All plans include unlimited UK-based phone and email support during business hours (9am-5:30pm Mon-Fri). Professional and Warehouse plans receive priority response times.
